Broker Approval

Brokers must be approved to do business with Victoria Funding Services. Once approved, annual reviews are required to ensure continued eligibility.

STANDARDS FOR APPROVAL
Victoria Funding Service's minimum qualifications for and brokers are as follows:

  • Be properly licensed and be in good standing with the states in which you originate mortgage loans;

  • Be able to originate and deliver loans that conform to Victoria Funding's product and underwriting criteria;

  • Have 3 years experience in mortgage lending;

  • Have a strong reputation, proven references in the market, a high level of professionalism, and strong ethical standards as determined by the Broker Approval Manager who reviews the application package for approval.
